Reservations

• Reservations may be made on this website, by telephone or by email through the property’s reservations desk.
• A reservation is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from us.
• Rates are quoted per room, per night, and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

Rates and rate plans

• Crestline Shubh Vilas, Jaipur is sold on three rate plans: EP (room only), CP (room with breakfast) and MAP (room with breakfast plus lunch or dinner).
• Room tariffs attract GST at 5%.
• Rates are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Published best-available rates are valid for the season stated at the time of booking.

Payment

• Crestline Shubh Vilas, Jaipur is a pay-at-hotel property. An advance may be required to hold a reservation, particularly for group and event bookings.
• Charges for chargeable services, including laundry, are settled at the property on departure.

Cancellation and refunds

• No cancellation charges apply when you cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• For group bookings, weddings and events, cancellation terms are set out in the individual quotation or contract and may differ from the above.

Check-in and check-out

• At Crestline Shubh Vilas, check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a charge.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for every adult guest.

Occupancy and children

• Maximum occupancy is set per room type and is stated on each room’s page. It may not be exceeded.
• Children up to 5 years stay at no extra charge on our published rates. Extra beds are available in all room types and are charged as quoted.

Events and venues

• Event and wedding bookings are confirmed against a written quotation covering the venue, dates, guest count, setup and inclusions.
• Outside catering, décor and vendor access are subject to the property’s prior written approval.

Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
• We are not liable for loss of, or damage to, guests’ belongings other than as required by law.

Privacy

• We collect only what we need to hold and service a booking or answer an enquiry: your name, phone number, email address, stay dates and anything you choose to tell us about your visit.
• We use those details to confirm and service your stay, to reply to you, and to keep the guest records Indian law requires us to hold.
• We do not sell your details, and we share them only with the payment, booking and channel partners needed to complete your reservation.
